Build Your MVP in 4 Weeks. With Engineers Who Ship.
The Swyft Founder Build Bootcamp is a structured, hands-on program for early-stage founders. Go from product thesis to working prototype — with real engineers, real architecture, and real accountability.
The Founding March Cohort
We’re launching the first Swyft Bootcamp cohort in March 2026 — and the founding cohort is fully sponsored. No tuition. No catch. We’re investing in the program by investing in the first founders who join.
10 seats. Application required. If you have a product idea and the drive to build it — this cohort is for you.
Founding cohort members get the full 4-week program, direct access to the Swyft engineering team, and priority consideration for post-bootcamp build partnerships.
The 4-Week Build
Each week builds on the last. By week 4, you have a working prototype and a clear path forward.
MVP Strategy & Scoping
Define your target user, core value proposition, and the smallest product surface worth building. Strip away assumptions. Lock in the problem you’re actually solving.
Architecture & Technical Design
Platform decisions, data model, API structure, and infrastructure planning. You’ll understand exactly how your product gets built — even if you’re not writing the code yourself.
Rapid Prototype Build
Hands-on build sprint. Working software, structured check-ins, real engineering support. You’ll see your product take shape — not a mockup, a working build.
Launch Prep & Roadmap
Deploy your prototype. Prepare your investor demo. Document the architecture. Build a post-bootcamp roadmap for continued development — whether you build in-house or with us.
Weekly group sessions + async support. ~8–10 hours/week commitment.
What You Walk Away With
A working prototype
Not a wireframe. Functional software you can demo, test with users, or show investors.
Product & technical documentation
Architecture decisions, feature scope, and a clear spec your engineering team (or ours) can execute on.
Investor-ready materials
Demo flow, technical overview, and a credible build roadmap — the artifacts that survive diligence.
A build roadmap
What to build next, what it costs, and how to sequence features post-bootcamp.
Direct access to the Swyft team
Four weeks of working alongside engineers who’ve shipped real products — from architecture through App Store.
Who This Is For
Built For
Pre-seed or seed-stage founders with a clear problem thesis
Non-technical founders who need to understand the build process
Technical founders who want structured execution and accountability
Teams preparing for investor demos or beta launch
Founders who’d rather build than pitch about building
Not For
Founders looking for a coding bootcamp — this isn’t one
Teams that already have a CTO and full engineering team
Ideas without a defined target user or problem
Anyone expecting a finished, production-ready product in 4 weeks

After the Bootcamp
The bootcamp gives you clarity and a working prototype. When you’re ready to build the full product, we have a path for that.
Swyft Labs — Rapid Build Sprints
2–4 week focused sprints for indie makers and early experiments. $4,000–$9,000. Ship fast, learn faster.
Swyft Studios — Product Launch Engagements
Full production builds for funded startups. $18,000–$45,000. Architected for scale, documented for diligence.
Ongoing Retainer
Continued development and technical partnership post-launch. Your startup scales, we stay in the stack.
Bootcamp graduates get priority access and preferred pricing on all Swyft build engagements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. The bootcamp is designed for founders — technical or not. You’ll learn enough about architecture and product scoping to make informed decisions, communicate with engineers, and evaluate technical work. You won’t need to write code.
What’s the time commitment?
Plan for 8–10 hours per week. That includes one live group session, async work on your product scope, and direct feedback from the Swyft team. It’s designed to fit alongside a full-time schedule.
Will I have a finished app at the end?
You’ll have a working prototype — functional enough to demo, test with users, or present to investors. It’s not a production-ready product. Think of it as the foundation your full build starts from.
How is this different from a coding bootcamp?
Coding bootcamps teach you to code. This program teaches you to build a product. We focus on product strategy, technical architecture, and execution — the decisions that determine whether your startup ships or stalls.
How many founders per cohort?
We cap each cohort at 10 founders. Small enough for direct access to the engineering team, large enough for meaningful peer feedback and accountability.
What happens after the bootcamp?
You keep your prototype, documentation, and community access. Founders who want to continue building can transition into Swyft Labs (sprints) or Swyft Studios (full engagements) with priority access and preferred terms.
